Chad joined PMR Techical (N&W Sales at the time) in 1995. He earned his undergrad and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma - Boomer! Chad is an owner of PMR and is responsible for the key accounts of L3 Greenville and Waco, all GD locations, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Chad met his wife during their freshman year at the University of Oklahoma and have been together ever since. Chad and his wife Allison live in Mansfield with their two beautiful girls and three dogs. As a family, the Parsons are part of Stonegate Church in Midlothian, and they enjoy spending time together at the lake.
Steve has been with PMR Technical, LP since 2002, and besides being an owner / shareholder of PMR, serves as Director of IT and Entertainment. Prior to PMR Technical, Steve graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 14 years working in the RF/Microwave and Software industry for The Thorson Company, M/A-COM, and WindRiver Systems. Steve has been married since 1988 and has two children: a son in high school and a daugther at Texas A&M University. Steve is responsible for key accounts that include Motorola, Lockheed Missiles, Nokia Siemens Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and Triquint Semiconductor. Steve enjoys all sports, especially golf, college football, a little hunting, and a good Cabernet with a classic movie in the DVD.
John has been married to his beautiful wife, Erica, for 19 years. They have two amazing daughters, Kendall and Lily. John is active in his church and enjoys a close family and extended network of friends. His hobbies include TCU football games and other events, fly fishing, golf, and snow skiing. He is also a wine enthusiast.
Kirk was raised in a family of four boys in Houston. After graduating from Sharpstown HS, he attended Texas A&M where he met his wife, Julie. Kirk worked for Cain & Company as an intern, and then after he graduated from A&M, until 1989. He then worked for Avantek and M/A-COM in the RF/Microwave industry. After going to the dark side (software industry - WindRiver), he went back to work for Cain & Company in 2005. Cain & Company merged with PMR in February, 2011. Kirk is an owner of PMR and is responsible for key accounts Lockheed Martin - Fort Worth, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins, Bell Helicopter, and NASA and their subcontractors in Houston. Kirk and Julie have two sons, Zach and Nick. Zach is a sophomore at Texas A&M. Nick is a junior at Allen High School where he wrestles and plays football. Kirk has spent much of his spare time coaching youth sports and being actively involved in Allen booster clubs. He's looking forward to being able to work on his golf game when Nick graduates from high school. In addition to being an avid sports fan, Kirk enjoys reading, cooking outdoors (grilling & smoking), projects around the house, and spending time with the family. Did you know? There hasn't been a girl born on the Cobb side of the family since 1886.
Ian has been with PMR since 2007. Born and raised in Scotland, Ian spent 13 years with Exacta Circuits. After moving to the USA in 1992, he was with Sovereign Circuits in Ohio for seven years, working in manufacturing and engineering capacities. Ian moved to Texas and spent time with Chem Lab as director of manufacturing for two years. Moving to Circuit Centre, he assumed the same role with them before returning to Sovereign as a technical sales rep for Texas. Ian is married to Rachel, and they have one daughter, Austin Elizabeth. Ian also has two children, Amanda and John, who live in Scotland. He enjoys most sports and played rugby and cricket for his home town of Selkirk. Nowadays, he prefers the golf course. Ian enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Julee has enjoyed working for PMR Technical since 1994. She has a BS in marketing from Texas Tech University. She worked in outside sales for Johnson and Johnson Medical prior to joining PMR Technical. Julee has spent the last 15 years working as a technical sales rep in the Austin/San Antonio territory. She currently lives in Boerne, TX with her husband, Eric. They have two daughters and a chocolate Lab named Libby. Julee enjoys running, snow skiing, water skiing, and spending time with her family.
Derek is an EE graduate from West Point '94. After serving six years as an infantry officer in the 101st Airborne Division, he left the military to join M/A-COM. He spent nine years selling for them in Texas, the Southeast, and the Mid-Atlantic regions. After leaving M/A-COM, he spent two years at the University of Texas, Dallas earning his Masters Degree in engineering. Upon graduation, he quickly joined PMR and now covers many accounts in Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin. Although a die-hard OU fan, Derek met his wife, Vanessa, at a UT-Austin football game. From there, he convinced her to marry him and move to Dallas. They now reside in Plano with their daughter, Madeline, and a newborn boy named Max. Derek's hobbies are reading literature, lifting weights, and playing computer games. His wife is a great cook, yet he still maintains a svelte 200 lb. body weight.
Amber started working for N&W Sales, LP in 1999. She has the key role of running our inside sales and marketing effort, while always forming and maintaining key customer relationships. Amber has been married to Ben for eight years and has a close family and group of friends. She adopted Parker from the Bullmastiff Rescue. She spends her time scuba diving, snow skiing, volunteering, cooking, playing cards, reading, and working out. She is always looking for a new stamp to get in her passport.
Leslie started working for PMR Technical in February, 2011 when PMR acquired Cain & Company. Leslie handles accounts receivable and other administrative duties, including maintaining the website. She is currently pursuing a college degree to achieve a personal goal that is long overdue. Leslie enjoys traveling, watching and attending Dallas Stars games, reading, playing games with friends, and spending time with family in Crested Butte, Colorado. She also likes to do crafts, particularly crochet and cross stitch, but her #1 hobby is collecting postcards, which she has been doing for almost 25 years. She lives in McKinney with her BFF, Bella, who was rescued from Highway 75 at six weeks of age.
